Business Development here at SugarShot is essential to the success of the company. We're looking for the right person who can help bring the SugarShot message to the world.
In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming leads, qualifying them for a proper fit, working with our sales manager to to track and expand our business opportunities and present the appropriate set of solutions to our prospects.
Qualify all incoming leads in partnership with sales operations
Present SugarShot solutions to prospects
Cold prospect reach out and targeting via email and phone alls
Work with the Sales Manager to track and expand new business oppotunities
Enter all activity into Hubspot including deals, appointments, emails and phone calls
Entering in all viable opportunities as Deals into Hubspot
Continuously update Hubspot with most current Deal information
# closed Deal opportunities per month
$ new MRR sales generated per month
$ new Project opportunities generated per month
# of IT Deep Dives per month
Overall Time Allocation
70% - prospect meetings, incoming lead qualifying, CRM and quote creation and updates
30% - creating presentations, phone prospecting and internal meetings
3+ years of customer service experience or executive administration
Willingness to call Clients, collect information and schedule appointments
Prior experience using a professional CRM system, Hubspot or Connectwise a plus.
Ability to speak clearly and powerfully and be compelling over a phone
Present well on video
Able to work under pressure with short deadlines
Positive attitude, a great team player and a sense of humor!
Comfortable with computers and Microsoft Office applications
Microsoft Teams and PowerPoint experience a plus
MSP Industry or general technology sales experience
Familiarity with Managed Services, Cybersecurity and IT infrastructures.
Salary (Base Pay)
Estimated earning potential is commission to salary ratio of 50/50
Commission based on performance paid quarterly including closed deals and ongoing revenue
